Digimon TCG Assistant is an AI-powered assistant that helps players understand rules, card interactions, and game mechanics for the Digimon Trading Card Game. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate answers based on official rulebooks and Q&A documents.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. User Accounts & Tiers

The Service offers the following usage tiers:

• Free: Sign in with Google to receive 3 credits per week.
• Pro: Subscribe for 30 credits per week with priority responses.

Credits reset weekly. Unused credits do not roll over.

4. AI Disclaimer

Important: Digimon TCG Assistant is not an official Bandai product. AI-generated answers may not be 100% accurate and should not be treated as official rulings. For tournament-level disputes, always consult a certified judge or refer to official Bandai documentation. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every response is correct.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or submit harmful content through the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or credit systems.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit access to the Service.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or prompts.

6. Payment & Subscription

• Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
• Subscriptions are recurring and will auto-renew unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

Digimon TCG Assistant is a fan-made project. Digimon is a trademark of Bandai Co., Ltd. and Toei Animation Co., Ltd. The Digimon Card Game is developed and published by Bandai Co., Ltd. All card names, card images, game mechanics, logos, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The Service's original design, code, and AI implementation are the intellectual property of the Digimon TCG Assistant team.

8. Service Availability

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
• Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.
• Features and pricing may change; significant changes will be communicated to registered users.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Incorrect or incomplete AI-generated rulings.
• Decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
• Any losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digimon TCG Assistant, its creators, and contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
